Executive, Senior Managers, Technical and Specialized Professionals Division

Professional, Executive and specialized hard to fill positions, including CEO, CFO, IT Specialists, Accountants, Architects, Engineers, Technical, Legal, Operations, Senior Managers, Human Resource Specialists, Directors, etc.
Generally $60,000 to $200,000 annual salary.
Primarily full-time roles; also term positions.

Management Support Division

Support positions including Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Finance, Project Administration, Legal, Accounting, Financial Services, Clerical and Receptionist roles and other specialist positions.
Generally $30,000 to $100,000 salary.
Both full-time, term and temporary

We measure this by…

Building and maintaining relationships with our Clients and Candidates. Regular check-ins and follow-up with both Employer and Candidate after hire, to discuss onboarding/transition to the role, demonstrated skills & knowledge willingness to learn, fit with the team and work culture and productive working relationships.
Being thorough and detailed. When we search, interview and recommend Candidates, we first take the time to get to know what is important to each Candidate ……because if a Candidate is a great fit for the Employer, everyone wins. An Employee who is happy and fulfilled reflects this in the workplace, with their family and also the community.
Long-term employment and enjoyment – for both the Employer and Employee. Although we can’t promise, Employment Network’s full-time placements generally remain with their Employer for over 5 years and in some cases up to 10 or more – most role changes are due to life situations or career growth opportunities.
Our replacement guarantee allows us to have the opportunity to ‘make it right’ if the working relationship goes off track within the replacement guarantee period. This is at no cost to you, and the guarantee is then applied to the new hire/replacement.
