We source, screen and recommend Temporary/Term employees with the same level of detail as full-time roles when it comes to interviews, testing, reference checks, etc. This philosophy ensures an accurate match for both Individual and Employer.
Over the years, we have averaged 95–97% success in matching temporary candidates to the role, as well as fulfilling their scheduled term. In fact, over 80% of our temporary employees are hired full-time by our clients after their work term is complete.

- Phone or email describing your needs. We will have a few questions to confirm details and ensure we have a clear understanding.
- We recommend the top candidate, or at your option, 1 – 3 candidates for your selection, along with 1 hourly bill rate for hours worked by the temporary employee.
(Note the bill rate covers all legislated/standard benefits such as vacation, statutory holidays, CPP, EI, workers’ compensation, etc.)
- The selected candidate is placed on our 3rd party provider payroll, and paid on a weekly basis, in accordance with the timesheets completed for your approval. Your firm will be invoiced weekly for hours worked.
