The recommendation package you receive contains (as appropriate): our summary assessment of each of the 1 to 4 shortlisted candidates, candidate resumes, reference checks, test results, copies of certificates, education, etc. Optional: behavioral/occupational assessment, criminal record, security, driver’s license, clearance, etc.
