David joined Employment Network in January 2009, and he directs our Management & Technical Search Division. His recruitment expertise in technical, engineering, management, manufacturing, and finance is supported by his passion to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
David cares about doing it right the first time. His relationship-building skills, values, and keen attention to detail have resulted in a successful track record of matching high performance professionals with hard-to-fill roles.
David has extensive training in recruitment and human resources and continues his personal development. He attends night classes in human resources and is a graduate/coach of Dale Carnegie. He earned his Certified Personnel Consultant designation in 2013.
Prior to joining Employment Network, David worked in the sales, customer service, legal surveying, and warehouse/construction industries.
In his spare time, David enjoys participating in community business events, competitive Ultimate Flying Disc Club league games, and spending time with friends and family. He is currently a Member of the Board of SYPE (Sask Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs).

What’s your favourite place in Regina?
Probably my desk. I’m surrounded by the best people.
Where would you go on your dream vacation?
Northern Canada to see the Polar Bears. Like Churchill, Manitoba.
What’s a random/interesting fact about you?
I enjoy pushing the limits and competing physically. I ran my first Tough Mudder event in 2014, and I’m looking forward to many more similar competitions.

Your proudest moment of working with EN?
Relocating someone from another country for the ideal job, to a point where they’ve grown and been approached to be a partner.
What was your first job?
Cutting grass and TacoTime.
