Her background includes extensive recruitment experience on a local and international scale for positions such as senior-level executives and managers, engineers, and architects, as well as technical, finance, and other specialized professionals. She is the recipient of the 2001 Athena Award and the 2002 Women Entrepreneurs Existing Business Award.
Linda is a board member of the Access Saskatchewan Staffing Chapter. She is actively involved in the community in board, advisory, volunteer, and training capacities, organizing events, conducting workshops, and providing career guidance and job search support.

Kristen has been providing exceptional recruitment, human resources, and marketing support with Employment Network for over 10 years. As a partner of the firm, she manages our Management Support and Flexible Staffing Divisions, including administration, finance, marketing, communications, reception, and office management. Her expertise also includes making terrific matches for part-time and temporary roles; so terrific in fact, that over 85% of our temporary administrative employees are later hired directly by our clients as full-time employees.
Kristen’s background includes a Human Resource Management diploma in 2004, a Certified Payroll Administrator certificate in 2005, and a Certified Personnel Consultant designation in 2013. She is a graduate of Dale Carnegie, and she sits on two boards: as vice president with the Saskatchewan ACSESS Chapter and as co-chair on a day care board of directors.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys being with her family and pets. She also enjoys football, travelling to new and old locations, and reading.

What’s your favourite place in Regina?
Home. But I also really enjoy Mosaic Place in the summer for Rider games.
If you could be any animal, which would you choose?
An elephant. They’re magestic and super cool.
Where would your dream vacation be?
Bora Bora. I’d also really like to go on an Alaskan Cruise.
What would your superpower be if you had one?
I’d like to be Wonder Woman because I’m a recruiter and I’d love the Lasso of Truth!
What was your first job?
Working here at EN as an Office Assistant when I was 12 years old.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love everything. I love my co-workers and the comradery of a team. I also like changing peoples’ lives and giving them chances. I like being trusted by businesses and being the first person they think to call.
Favourite ice cream flavour?
Hard: Cotton Candy. Soft: Root Beer.
What is your proudest moment/best memory of working with EN?
I have a lot, but it would be the Ireland recruitment fair. It was thousands of people who wanted to move to Regina.

David joined Employment Network in January 2009, and he directs our Management & Technical Search Division. His recruitment expertise in technical, engineering, management, manufacturing, and finance is supported by his passion to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
David cares about doing it right the first time. His relationship-building skills, values, and keen attention to detail have resulted in a successful track record of matching high performance professionals with hard-to-fill roles.
David has extensive training in recruitment and human resources and continues his personal development. He attends night classes in human resources and is a graduate/coach of Dale Carnegie. He earned his Certified Personnel Consultant designation in 2013.
Prior to joining Employment Network, David worked in the sales, customer service, legal surveying, and warehouse/construction industries.
In his spare time, David enjoys participating in community business events, competitive Ultimate Flying Disc Club league games, and spending time with friends and family. He is currently a Member of the Board of SYPE (Sask Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs).

What’s your favourite place in Regina?
Probably my desk. I’m surrounded by the best people.
Where would you go on your dream vacation?
Northern Canada to see the Polar Bears. Like Churchill, Manitoba.
What’s a random/interesting fact about you?
I enjoy pushing the limits and competing physically. I ran my first Tough Mudder event in 2014, and I’m looking forward to many more similar competitions.

Gerard Butler.
Your proudest moment of working with EN?
Relocating someone from another country for the ideal job, to a point where they’ve grown and been approached to be a partner.

Cutting grass and TacoTime.
